Real Fresh TV is an Internet TV and social media* consultancy based in Manchester, UK.

Founded by early online video pioneer, Chi-chi Ekweozor in 2005, we are a small but ambitious digital outfit specialising in delivering social media powered marketing and PR solutions.

Whilst Chi-chi leads on the digital strategy, web development and social media implementation on most of our projects, Real Fresh TV consistently over delivers on much larger projects through collaboration with a hand-selected team of highly skilled and flexible developers and content producers.

We provide creative, planning, strategy and execution for multi-platform digital marketing campaigns that run across a range of social media: from social networks and video sharing sites to blogs and podcasts.

We add value and deliver return on investment (ROI) by nurturing and building communities around brands and organisations online, wherever the audience may be.

Our services range from creating and delivering branded blogs and Internet TV channels to creating and distributing branded video content on the Big Four social media sites (YouTube, Facebook, MySpace and Bebo).

Online video pioneers, we published Europe’s first live music video podcast, the 3 Minute Gig in January 2006, spotting pop talent like The Ting Tings a year before they hit the charts.  From virals and video podcasts to Internet TV, if it moves, we’ll shoot it.

We have also partnered with leading online publishers like YouTube, Bebo, Brightcove and Veoh to help companies –from independent producers to major brands like T-Mobile– run digital marketing campaigns on the web’s top video sharing and social networking sites, reaching 80 percent of the U.K. online population.

*Social Media: A Definition
Social media is a term used to describe the process of making content publicly available using web publishing tools like blogs, podcasts, wikis and message boards and through use of bookmarking services like del.icio.us and participation in news communities like Digg and reddit.

In practice, social media is content that anyone online can contribute to. Contributions can be comments or photos or audio or video responses.

Contributions are good. Contribution equals engagement. Engagement equals attention. This means that the effectiveness of social media is easily measured.

Social media comes in various forms.

Social Media is:

  • video on YouTube
  • audio on last.fm
  • photos on Flickr
  • text on Wikipedia
  • all the above on social networks like Facebook, MySpace and Bebo.
