It’s been a little while since the last Social Media Starter Course but I’m pleased to announce there’s one scheduled for Tuesday 27th October 2009.
Real Fresh TV’s innovative Social Media Starter Course was developed over a year ago and launched in October 2008 as the first dedicated Social Media for Beginners training course in the UK.
It has proven incredibly popular, with academics, marketers, PR companies, photographers and even non-profits attending over the course of the year.
Attendees even requested a more hands-on follow up course, the Learning Social Media By Doing Course which has since been developed.

So, What Is The Social Media Starter Course?
The Social Media Starter Course is a hands-on practical half day workshop designed to train media and marketing professionals on how to use social media to achieve business goals.
Course attendees are often new to social media and are advised to come with a real marketing problem to solve.
The half-day interactive workshop includes a much lauded group session dedicated to assessing and analysing each attendees’ problem, with participants and the course presenter (myself!) coming up with actionable solutions during the session.
Many view this part training, part consultancy session as the most valuable part of the course.
