7 Wonders in 7 Days Live Music Gig: Hungry Pigeon Festival

Hot on the heels of my announcement of Real Fresh TV’s social media charity engagement of the year: 7 Wonders in 7 Days, comes the first live music event in aid of the charity fundraising trip planned for September 2009.

Manchester Band Spotted by Real Fresh TV Performs Glastonbury Festival

Allow us the self-congratulatory whoop but a Manchester band Real Fresh TV spotted and filmed back in 2006 is performing at this year’s Glastonbury festival!

Meet the The Ting Tings!

Back then they were Dear Eskiimo and you can watch their highly entertaining performance at the Futuresonic 2006 festival here.

The lucky few of you that will get coveted tickets to Glastonbury 2008 can see them perform on the John Peel stage on June 27.

Well done Katie and Jules! All that hardwork paid off…

UPDATE: Apple have also selected the Ting Tings song “Shut Up and Let me Go” for US TV adverts for the iPod+iTunes. Awesome. Watch on Apple and YouTube.
